Well, late in posting a couple updates to my blog here. I've made two new models for my Mario Kart DS projcet...
the blue shell

and blooper
After 4 attempts, I've finally come up with a design for a turtle shell for my Mario Kart DS project that I like enough to say "finished!"
OK. So, you may have noticed that there's no longer any personal entries in the blog here. What I mean is, all the entries now are strictly limited to custom models, drawings, and issues relating to the operation of the website. The thing is, I've gone and made myself a phpbb forum. And, that now adequately meets my daily need to waste colossal amounts of time on the internet...much like how MySpace formally did. ;-p
So, if you're a fan of my work (and I thank you so much if you are), then you can look forward to a hobby site full of just that -- hobby goodness. And, if you're a freak and really care to know all kinds of personal junk that goes on in my life, well, chances are you're already a member of the forum, or we chat online regularly anyway.
Aaaaaand that's that.
Cheers!
p.s. As always, if you think you'd like to chat or get to know me better, or you just have a question, comment or something on your mind, I really hope you'd take a moment to shoot me an email. Use the link at the bottom of the page. Thanks, you. :-)
In real life, when somebody cuts you off in traffic, you shoot him a dirty look.
When he does to you in Mario Kart DS, you shoot a turtle shell up his...
;-D
Here are a few weapon items I've recreated in LEGO for my Mario Kart DS project:

a bob-omb, a banana peel and a a star.
More to come soon!
First, I finally redid my LEGO sigfig. If you don't know, a sigfig is your "signature figure" -- how you represent yourself (the real you or your online persona) in LEGO minifigure form. So, here's mine. It's kinda retro spaceman vampire Mr. Freeze-ish...

I'll make a page with pics of him from different angles, so you can see the jetpack better.
Last, three new avatars, in bubblehead style:

An updated baby chocobo, a Lod-of-the-Dance'ing Nazgul, and my sigfig. :-)
I'm reorganizing the sub-directories that I have my LEGO models sorted into tonight; so, for a while, some of the links may not work. And, come tomorrow, I'm sure a few links
still won't work. ;-) But, I'll do my best to get everything back in order as soon as I can.
